Investor documents for the OmniBazaar Series AA Stock offering have been complete, and are ready for release to prospective investors. The documents include the OmniBazaar "Private Placement Memorandum" and the "Series AA Stock Purchase Agreement". The "Stock Purchase Agreement" incorporates the "Investor Rights Agreement" and OmniBazaar's restated "Articles of Incorporation", and the "Private Placement Memorandum" incorporates the OmniBazaar "Business Plan".
